Information collected
The estimate form collects the details you choose to submit, including name, email, optional phone number, court town, project and court information, timing, description, optional photos, consent choices, originating page, and campaign parameters. The system also stores a privacy-preserving hash of a network signal for rate limiting.
How the information is used
Information is used to save, review, route, respond to, and maintain a record of the project inquiry; protect the form against spam or misuse; and deliver confirmation or owner notifications when the configured providers are available.
Service providers
Website hosting and structured inquiry records use Cloudflare services. Uploaded images use object storage. Email notifications are designed for Resend, and text notifications are designed for Twilio. If Eden activates optional analytics and you accept it, Google Analytics also processes limited website-use data. Only the providers configured for the live site receive the information necessary to perform their role.
Optional website analytics
Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. If Google Analytics is configured, its script loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage remains denied. Eden may then measure page visits and non-identifying actions such as starting the estimate form, successfully saving an inquiry, or selecting a phone link. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, court towns, project descriptions, photos, and inquiry references are not sent as analytics event details.
Google may process technical information associated with a visit, such as the page URL, browser or device information, consent state, and approximate location derived from the network connection. GA4 event-level data will be configured for no more than 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.
Browser storage and your choice
The analytics choice is stored in local browser storage until you change it or clear that storage. The first landing path and campaign parameters for a visit are held in session storage until the browser-tab session ends. Those attribution values are added to an inquiry record only if you submit the estimate form; they are not analytics event details.
When analytics is configured, use the “Privacy choices” control at the bottom of the site to accept, decline, or change analytics at any time. Declining stops optional event tracking and prevents the analytics script from loading on later page views.
Text-message consent
Text consent is optional and is not a condition of service. If selected, the submitted phone number may receive project-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Photos and sensitive information
Submit only files you are authorized to share for project review. Avoid photos containing people, vehicle plates, house numbers, access codes, legal papers, or unrelated personal information. JPG, PNG, and WebP files are accepted within the limits stated on the form.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for project review, business records, security, and applicable obligations. To make a privacy request, call Eden at (631) 268-8188.
